District Attorney Stephen G. Baratta has announced the arrest of Kevin Charles Kratzer, of Bath Borough, following the seizure of substantial quantities of methamphetamine and marijuana from his residence.
On October 22, 2025, members of the Northampton County Drug Task Force and the Pennsylvania State Police executed a search warrant at Kratzer’s residence in Bath Borough. During the search, police seized 200 grams of methamphetamine and 175 grams of marijuana.
