Northampton County District Attorney Stephen G. Baratta announces that the sexual offense guilty pleas and convictions for a former Bethlehem police officer will stand and that the attempt to withdraw the guilty pleas has failed.
A Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea filed by Costas Alestas was denied by Judge Samuel P. Murray in a one-page order filed November 7, 2025.
