Northampton County District Attorney Stephen G. Baratta announces the arrest of Kenroy Anthony Cummings of Philadelphia, in connection with a fatal shooting that took place in Allen Township, Northampton County.
On July 24, 2026, at approximately 1:48 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police responded to 1244 Old Gate Road in Allen Township, Northampton County, following a report of shots fired and an unresponsive male. Upon arrival, troopers learned that Cummings fled the scene in an orange Kia. The victim, later identified as Shakir Moncrieffe, was observed to have multiple wounds consistent with firearm-related injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
